This is going to be a super quick post. I have a project deadline tomorrow and am currently running on no sleep and lots of coffee to get everything done. InDesign has been very....indecisive about if it wants to work this week.

Just thought I would post up some pictures of my baking adventures


This first cake was for my flatmates 21st birthday. It didn't taste that bad really... heh.

oh look at that fantastic bit of creative cooking. 


Now this next one I made yesterday. I wanted to make a pretty flower out of it, I put a bit to much sugar in it. 

My flat seemed to enjoy it them anyway, and no one has died...soo......SUCCESS! :)

Foodings

Well it seems that some people decided my blog updated yesterday. Chicken pies and chocolate penises. oh ha. 
Anywho, as soumbul would say, speaking of food I decided to share with you the delicious burger I made myself. I couldn't move after eating this I was so full.


I made the burger with onions and some different seasonings, and I also made a spicy salsa type thing. 
I used shop bought oven chips because I was to lazy to make them.

Excited!

This coming weekend is going to be very exciting and so so busy! This saturday I will be going to the london mcm expo. WOO!  The same day I have a birthday dinner to attend, so it shall be a long day with lots of costume changes in public toilets for each event.....better than the year we had to all bundle in a lift...that was interesting indeed.

My outfit for the expo was purchased by the amazing sobz.

Did I mention how amazing she was? 

It was a scary day not knowing what she would choose for me....but I have to say I am oh so happy :)

Now I just have to work out my outfits for everything else. 

Fashion is not my strong point. heh. I'll be happy if I just don't turn up to eat looking like I fell down a hole then walked through a bush to get there.

oh well. we shall see!

Sorry...

I have had a few complaints about my lack of activity on this blog over the past months. sorry! >_< 
From now I promise to upload something new and interesting as least once as week. 


Ok, to get back in to the swing of thing I am going to start of with something I am looking forward to in the new year.

This is, for those of you who are not obsessed with the works of John Green, the title of his new book: The fault in our stars. 
I have been looking forward to this book for some time now, and so have so many other people around the world. A large percentage of these other people are probably nerd-fighters and like me have been following Johns progress with the book through his youtube videos with his brother hank green.

These two are truly an inspiration to so many including myself. They actively promote positive ideas to their followers, the most well know being DFTBA. 
What does this mean? I hear you ask. Well let me enlighten you. 


Don't Forget To Be Awesome. 


A pretty simple idea, but also a great one. Encouraging people be positive about themselves and the world around them. 


They also aim to decrease world suck, which basically just means doing what you can to make the world a better place wether it is helping those in need, or just putting a smile on someones face, every little thing can make a difference no matter how small. 
As well as this, in their videos they cover so many subjects from the environment, to politics, to giraffes. 
So back to johns new book. For this book he has pledged to personally sign every pre order of his book. Yes. EVERY SINGLE ONE. This is a lot of signing..at least 150 thousand.
His poor hand.

Ahhh....soo...

Today I had a trial at a local chippy place for 4 hours. 

The work was good, not to hard, but it wasn't very busy so I guess that makes sense. 

Not sure when I'll next work there again though.

 I was told I would be fitted in if there was hours available. 

So I guess thats something.

ANYWAY! 

so.

 I finally uploaded the final video of my animation I was doing on to youtube. 

It's not the most amazing flash work that has ever been created, but i'm proud of it after having to learn how to use the software on my own, in a limited time frame.

This is the second week of our little campaign. The idea behind this is me and sobz live on the opposite sides of london so we can't see each other as much as we would like to with out spend lots of monies on travel. Also during term time i'm away at uni so we see even less of each other!


So this summer we have dedicated making every monday awesome and going to Starbucks to colour in the take away cups as well.

I'm back in LONDON!!!!!! 

and back in my room. with my big bed. bookcases. and purple walls. 

I took a picture of my room to show you. 

you can't see everything. 

I'm way to lazy to move from where I am.

but you can see at least one bookcase. <3 (there are about 3 altogether)

Oh and you can see my brother on his laptop, he decided to join me and 'a friend' to watch a film. 

Except the only one watching is 'the friend'.

She is a little stupid and silly. 

So I don't want to be associated with her.

So she shall not be named.
